Drew Glover

I care about people. I believe that is why I was elected. I care about making sure that the voices of those often left out of the decision-making process are heard. I am doing exactly what I said I would do on the campaign trail.

I am direct and to the point ---and my intention is to do so in a way that is inclusive of others, even if we don’t agree. Different from traditional City Councilmembers, my perspective is rooted in equity and justice for all, regardless of income or social status. I believe that’s a good thing. The recall campaign is based on fear of the change that Councilmember Krohn and I represent.

As a part of the progressive majority, we have been able to adopt policies that have been suggested for decades. Free bus passes for downtown employees, an increase to 20% affordable housing requirements for new developments, a more inclusive process, and steps to implementing data-driven tools to address homelessness.

Please, support the two most vocal advocates for the working-class, for students, for people experiencing homelessness, other vulnerable populations, and people struggling to make ends meet. Vote NO on the recall and let’s move forward together.
