Form 700 E-Filing - Annual statements for Santa Cruz County filers are due in April of each year. Due to COVID-19, the FPPC extended the deadline this year to June 1.
Your Form 700 - Statement of Economic Interests, can now be filed electronically. Paper filings are still accepted, but filers are encouraged to file electronically because:
- Less mistakes - the system does the math
- Data is saved for future filings
- Filer has access to information 24/7/365
All designated filers must file within 30 days of assuming office, annually on April 1 for most offices (March 1 for state officers, judges, and state board commissioners) and within 30 days of leaving office.
